- Deceased: A person who has died AND is already buried.
- Innovations DJD Inc.: The company managing the Deceased Directory and ÉLOGE.
The Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the applicable laws in the Province of Quebec.
Innovations DJD Inc. may, at its discretion and at any time, modify the Terms and Conditions of Use by simply updating this Web page. You can check whether the Terms and Conditions of Use have been updated by referring to the date of the last update appearing at the top of this web page. In the event that the Terms and Conditions of Use are modified, you are bound by such modifications by browsing this site.
